seller will continue to review and seriously consider offers until this contingency

measurements. The homeowner has set the price below market value for a quick
sale - the home is being offered "as-is". Buyer's agent to provide an "as-is"
addendum. The front porch requires repair or replacement. The seller will agree
to a higher selling price to include dollars for the front porch repairs... with a
stipulation in the PA that the buyer will make up any difference between the list
price and the higher offer price, should the appraisal come in at or above the
