The lot falls steeply to the rear walk-out.

The rear walk-out level is two stories or more lower than the street.

The house next door to the north, on the left side, 5555, is a four-story house; its main floor/garage level walks down three stories to the rear walk-out level.

The house next door to the south, 5525, on the right side, is built on poles, rather like a "tree-house."

(Both are really cool houses.)

It makes for a great view out the back, and the back yard is beautiful wetland.

It's 17 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. And there are three different routes.

It's also 17 minutes to downtown St. Paul via either of a couple different routes.

It's 25 to the airport, and 30 to either Lake Minnetonka, or to the St Croix River --to Stillwater or to Bayport.

And it's super easy access to the cabin up north.
