This property passes the litmus test and then some. After being on the property several times it just seems to get better each time. For starters, it is set up and ready to hunt. Interior food plots big and small, deer stands, trail system, river bottom, woods, brush, oak, pine, aspen, you name it this property has it including a great history of big deer being taken. The Cat River is known for big deer and the river runs through the NE corner of the property providing water, great bedding cover, and an edge! Deer sign is off the charts and the turkey and grouse sightings had my dog going insane. You could build in several spots if you wanted and access from the south and east provide you many options for slipping in and out undetected. This one is a no-brainer if you are looking for a great hunting property.
